Basic Construction for the Trades is designed to prepare HVAC technicians for the NATE exam while also instructing carpenters plumbers and electricians on the process of building a house from the ground up so they can see where their work fits into the overall process. Learners will get an overview of what is built during the general construction process and then dive deeper into the details of each step of the process. They’ll discover how to identify and read different types of architectural plans as well as the scales and line types used within each plan.
