Within the Residential PVC/ABS Pipe Joining Methods Lab we will explore the solvent welding method for joining PVC and ABS pipes along with the thread adapter method on PVC pipes. Within each scenario you will be guided with simulation-based steps for properly executing solvent welding and applying a thread adapter within a learning lab environment. This course will have you learning the fundamentals of PVC and ABS pipe joining methods before you step out into the field. You will also be reviewing the tools and safety precautions that are needed to complete the joining methods.
