Fair Housing and Terms, Conditions, and Privileges (TDHCA)

In this course, you will learn how to offer the same terms, conditions, and privileges to everyone without regard to their membership in a protected class. You will also learn how to handle resident complaints and respond to third-party harassment. This course, along with the other TDHCA-designated Fair Housing courses, is part of the content approved by the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) to meet the state of Texas' five-hour Fair Housing training requirement.
