Interplay Learning - Workplace Violence Prevention

This course provides employees with a comprehensive understanding of workplace violence prevention, focusing on both individual responsibilities and organizational procedures within the Workplace Violence Prevention Program (WVPP). Participants will learn how to recognize common risk factors and behavioral warning signs, respond appropriately to imminent dangers and other concerns, and access critical resources such as the written WVPP and support services. The course also covers reporting procedures, confidentiality and non-retaliation protections, cooperation with investigations, and the importance of ongoing training and plan updates.
