This course will explore how the Violence Against Women Act protects survivors of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking from housing discrimination. This course, along with the other TDHCA-designated Fair Housing courses, is part of the content approved by the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) to meet the state of Texas' five-hour Fair Housing training requirement.
