Fair Housing for Maintenance

Welcome to the team! In this course, Coach Fairly–your Fair Housing compliance coach–will share a playbook for delivering excellent maintenance service without drawing a Fair Housing penalty flag. Just like in football, every position has a job to do, and every move on the field needs to follow the rules of the game. You’ll start with the basics, learning about the Fair Housing Act and protected classes. Then, you’ll apply that knowledge to real-world situations that make up the bulk of discrimination and harassment claims.
