Say "hello" to the Guarantor Waiver Program and "WAIVE" goodbye to guarantors! This course introduces you to the Leap Guarantor Waiver Program (GWP) for full-time student renters. This third-party guarantor service will allow you to approve student leases without the need for a traditional guarantor.
