In this course, we learn the most common walk-in freezer system failures. We describe how to diagnose and fix them reliably and safely. We identify the symptoms of the most common failures, and we get hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing those problems using a 3D simulation program. We practice a repeatable process so that we can diagnose problems reliably. We recognize the common risks of walk-in freezer system repair so that we can fix problems safely.
