In this course, we’re going to be discussing the different components, configurations, fuel types and cleaning systems of ranges. The course begins with a couple lessons on identifying the various components, covering the control panel, cooking surface, oven, and a few more. Following that, there's a section on the different configurations, including freestanding, slide in and pro style ranges. You’ll learn about the differences between each of them and why you might choose one over the other. In the lessons after that, you’ll learn about all the considerations involved in choosing between gas, electric and induction fuel types. The course concludes with a lesson on oven cleaning systems, where we’ll take a look at the different cleaning methods available for ranges.
