In this course on Packaged Terminal Air Conditioner (PTAC) Maintenance, we will explore the performed task of scheduled monthly and yearly preventive maintenance for PTAC units. With each scenario, you will be guided with realistic steps of identifying which scheduled maintenance is required during the different seasons as well as locating key components on the PTAC unit that requires maintenance. You will also be applying the procedural tasks needed for the monthly and yearly maintenance for the PTAC unit.
