Packaged refrigeration unit (PRU) servicing requires primary knowledge of refrigeration and unit operation. This introductory course will help you gain, or refresh, that essential knowledge. We will begin with the standard features of a PRU and the uses of each type. Then we will examine each of the PRU components and how they operate together. Last, we will go through a basic inspection process and some common issues you will find.
