Interplay Learning - Laser Safety

This course provides an overview of lasers and necessary safety precautions that should be exercised with working near lasers. Learners will understand the different uses of lasers from barcode readers in grocery stores to medical procedures. Additionally safety protocols will be emphasized covering precautions such as avoiding direct eye exposure understanding laser classifications and utilizing appropriate protective eyewear and barriers to prevent accidents. Through this course learners will gain both an understanding of lasers and the necessary skills to work with them safely and effectively in various settings.
