In this course, you will gain a beginner's level understanding of kitchen ventilation. The course starts off with a couple lessons that identify the various configurations, including styles and location. After that you’ll learn about the differences between each of them and why you might choose one over the other. Next, there are several lessons here on the different blower types. In these lessons you’ll learn about all the considerations involved in choosing which type to use, as well as the sizing and ducting requirements. Finally, there's a lesson on ventilation filters where you'll take a look at the different types of filters.
