In this course, you'll learn the fundamentals of commercial walk-in freezers. You'll identify the typical application of walk-ins in food establishments, as well as their typical customers, goals, and service delivery models. You’ll classify the different types and components of walk-in freezers. You'll understand what makes them different from other CREF systems and a better fit for the needs of food establishments. Finally, you’ll learn about the operation of walk-ins and the most common types of system failures.
