In this course you'll learn how to construct a wooden floor frame from sill plate to sheathing. First, you'll learn about different types of floor frames, the tools and materials needed, and how to stay safe while building a floor frame. Then in the simulation you'll get to build the sill plate, rim joist, beam, install floor joists and hangers, build a knockout for the stairs, and install sheathing on top of a basement foundation.
