In Building Automation Systems Maintenance, we will start to put into practice your knowledge of building automation systems and preventative maintenance skills. The course begins with an overview of preventative maintenance activities for building automation systems and the value of preventative maintenance for comfort, safety, efficiency, and continuous operation. Using interactive simulations, which give you feedback at each step along the way, you will explore a building automation system in an industrial warehouse then perform several preventative maintenance inspections. Using virtual tools, you will make observations and practice evaluating the health of the building automation system while safely performing the work.
