Fair Housing and Reasonable Accommodations and Modifications (TDHCA)

In this course, you will learn about reasonable accommodations and modifications. You will also learn how to respond to accommodation and modification requests, including requests for assistance animals. This course, along with the other TDHCA-designated Fair Housing courses, is part of the content approved by the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) to meet the state of Texas' five-hour Fair Housing training requirement.
