This course provides an overview of guidance issued by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to help multifamily housing providers understand how the Fair Housing Act (FHA) applies to people who are limited English proficient, or LEP. This course, along with the other TDHCA-designated Fair Housing courses, is part of the content approved by the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) to meet the state of Texas' five-hour Fair Housing training requirement.
